Your Confidence Is Privileged
Calloway & Reed (“the firm”, “we”) protects client information as both a legal duty and a point of honour. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
1. Information you send us
When you submit an enquiry, consultation request or newsletter signup, we receive the details you type — typically your name, email, phone number and the facts of your matter. We use them only to respond to you and, if you instruct us, to represent you.
2. Attorney-client privilege
Everything you tell us about a potential matter — including a free consultation that goes no further — is treated as confidential and privileged. We never sell, rent or disclose your information to third parties except as required to act on your instructions or by court order.
3. Payments
Fixed-fee services bought through this site are processed by our payment provider (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal or Paddle). Card details go directly to the provider; we never see or store them, and receive only the order confirmation.
4. Analytics and cookies
This site uses only essential, privacy-respecting measurement to keep pages fast and working. There is no advertising tracking and no sale of browsing data.
5. Your rights
You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete website enquiry records. Write to counsel@callowayreed.com or call +1 (617) 555-0148.
